BEST PRACTICE AWARD
The Best Practice Award is a NEW award that will focus on ANY type of strategy, practice, workflow, etc. that helps you improve your, or others effectiveness in daily responsibilities.
How it works:
There will be an online submission form (much like the online kudos form) that you can submit either yourself or others for their great work. Remember it needs to be a workflow that is used daily/weekly to make improvements, not just a onetime fix.
Who can be nominated?
Anyone! Anyone for any type of standardized improvement can be nominated. They will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and awarded when someone really stands out! Think outside the box!
What will you get for receiving this award?
There will be a thorough write up on the process to share in the newsletter in hopes that it will help others in the organization implement and utilize these best practices in their own daily workflows. As a recipient of this award you will receive 150 You Earned It! points and recognition for your innovative
thinking!
Extra Credit:
If you are someone that implements one of these practices after learning about it from the newsletter in a meaningful way you could be eligible for your own little reward of You Earned It! points.
