Dr. Lucas believes that “the goal of medicine is to heal the patient, not just cure the disease. Medications, naturopathic treatments, surgeries, counseling, nutrition, and behavior modifications each have their benefits and the appropriate balance in a holistic approach offers the best chance of healing. A healthy, trusting, and respectful doctor-patient relationship is the key that unlocks the door to this path.”
When not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Lucas enjoying a variety of activities including reading, cooking, hiking, traveling, knitting, and gardening.
