Did you know that you can access your secure personal health information and be in touch with your Kaniksu Community Health Care Team 24 hours a day?
You do not need to wait for office hours or returned phone calls to have basic issues resolved. The Patient Portal is a secure website for your personal health care where you can keep track of your health care provider visits, test results, billing, prescriptions, and more. You can also e-mail your provider questions through the portal. Sign up for the KCH Patient Portal to take advantage of all of these benefits. |
To access your KCH patient portal:
Useful Patient Portal Tools
- Go to https://www.NextMD.com
- If you are logging in for the first time, click on the "I am new here" button. You will be prompted to enter your token and set-up your new account.
- Your "token" was given to you at your first visit. If you did not receive a token, or have misplaced it, call your clinic and a member of our staff will be able to assist you.
- For returning users, enter your username and password.
Useful Patient Portal Tools
- Messaging your provider
- Click on "compose an email" to communicate with your provider or healthcare team.
- View messages from your provider
- Click on your portal "inbox" to view messages and documents that have been sent to you.
- Using the research center
- Click on the "patient education" link to search for information on medications, health topics, and other educational tools.
- Requesting your health records
- Click on "my chart" and "request health record" to request a record of all your health history, including a list of all medications, immunizations, allergies, and much more.
- Within 24 hours, a printable version of your records will be sent to your portal for download.
- Renewing medications
- Click on "renew medication:" to view a current list of your medications, and request refills.
