Dr. Vizcarra graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and finished his residency at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. With a vision to serve a rural community, he decided to train at a prominent urban children's hospital known for handling complex and diverse cases. This experience has provided him with a distinctive outlook on severe or urgent medical conditions. His philosophy in practice revolves around nurturing and revitalizing children, empowering them for a bright and hopeful future. He offers tailored, individualized, and evidence-based medical care, believing that each child and family is distinct and deserves personalized attention. He strives to be uncommonly intentional, uniquely playful and radically hospitable. He provides evidence based pediatric medicine and would love to meet your family. At home, he savors his morning pour-over coffee routine and aims to bake a fresh sourdough loaf weekly. He eagerly embraces invitations for various outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and wood chopping. Additionally, he finds joy in educating his children about nature.
