Hi! I'm Hannah
Clinical Quality Analyst

Those who know me would likely describe me as a spreader of sunshine or a social butterfly. I am also a mother, a wife, and I love to bake. I am who I am because of the obstacles and challenges that I have had to overcome in my life. I am blessed to live in this wonderful community full of beautiful people and beautiful scenery.
The best thing about working at KCH is the culture they produce. Not only is it the people that you work with, it’s also the environment that’s created. I love working at an organization that is friendly, diverse, positive, and creative.

Hi! I'm Beverly
Patient Assistance Specialist

I am married to a wonderful man. I also am the mother of 5 amazing children, and the grandmother to 7 grandchildren who all hold my heart in the palms of their hands. I am who I am, because of the hardships of being a young mother raising a family. I was building my job skills all while raising 5 children. I have performed many different jobs over the years. I have driven semi-truck and owned my own trucking business. I have worked as a manager of a restaurant, as a grocery store clerk, and a call center specialist. I love that our community is so close knit and helpful to each other.
Working for Kaniksu is such a rewarding experience. I am involved with my community members daily. I am able to provide resources to people in need. Resources such as local food banks, help with electric bills, help with firewood, housing needs, diaper banks and formula for families in need. This is so rewarding to me.

Hi! I'm Gabby
Certified Nursing Assistant

First and foremost, I see myself as a mother and teacher of tiny humans. I am someone who can laugh at herself. And I am a good friend.  In my free time, I LOVE to read.  But I also enjoy spending time camping, playing or crafting with my kids, reading parenting articles, dancing, and singing.  I am who I am because I chose to hold myself accountable for any unhappiness in my life and decided to grow as a person to live a happier and healthier life. I love living here, with it’s small town aesthetic. I also grew up in the military, moved around a lot, and grew up wanting a sense of community.
I best part of working at Kaniksu is the family dynamic. We treat each other with respect and compassion and I truly feel like my coworkers are my family.

Hi! I'm Nick (Dr. Miller to my patients)
Dentist

I am a father and husband. I play basketball when I can.  And I love the outdoors - mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, trail running and camping. I am who I am because I live my Christian values. I lived as a missionary in Latvia for 2 years helping the less fortunate.  I have been blessed with loving parents and a loving family. I have a wonderful wife and kids now that have shaped who I am.  What I love most about this community is that it really feels like a community. It is small, safe and a wonderful place to raise a family. It is also beautiful.
What I love most about working at Kaniksu…they have been a great company to work for. We have a wonderful team feeling.

Hi! I'm Roo
Front Office Receptionist

I love road trips! My friends a family would also say I’m funny, I love to laugh and smile, and I am super outgoing and caring.  I am who I am because of my personality, I’m a people person, I enjoy helping people and interacting with others. I feel that I make people smile and laugh I truly LOVE making any situation a brighter one. The best part about living here is that we are small town folks who are always looking out for each other.
The best part of working at Kaniksu are the patients, my co-workers, and the providers that I work with. They make working in the Bonner Ferry office the best. They care about me as if I were family.

Our 12 Behaviors.
In 2019 the KCH Leadership Team developed what we call our 12 Behaviors - which is just a fancy way of saying "this is how we promise to show up for the organization each and every day."  It's our pact, our credo, our commitment to work (and live) by a set of principals. The 12 Behaviors guide our actions as employees, tell us what is expected of each other in return, and influence our interactions with our patients. We don't always get it right - but we always try.
