Every patient has both rights and responsibilities related to receiving health care at Kaniksu Community Health.
Kaniksu values and protects your privacy and confidentiality. For more information, see our privacy policy. All employees of Kaniksu are bound by the privacy protections of the federal known as HIPPA (link), the Health and Insurance Portability Accountability Act.
CONCERNS OF NON COMPLIANCE
Report concerns of noncompliance at any KCH clinic, or phone us at (208) 263-7101 and a member of our staff will assist you.
Medicare Shared Savings Program
KCH participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO. ACOs are organizations formed by groups of doctors and other health care providers that pledge to high quality, patient-centered, coordinated care for patients covered by Medicare.
ACOs must meet quality standards to ensure that savings are achieved through improving care coordination and providing care that is appropriate, safe and timely. CMS has established quality measures on care coordination and patient safety, appropriate use of preventive health services, improved care for at-risk populations, and patient and caregiver experience of care.
