Danny Jefferies, DMD is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Danny finds that his time at NSU provided him with a widespread and varied field of experience and training and feels that the foundation of a good practice is trust and honesty.
"Helping a patient learn and understand the importance of personal oral maintenance and hygiene (an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure)…and treating a patient is more than fixing a problem. People are individuals who have different opinions, wants, and needs. It is of utmost importance to aid my patients by removing them from pain and to treat their concerns – all the while ensuring treatment is done in an ethical and honest way.”
While Danny is originally from Draper, Utah, and has spent time in Malaysia and Singapore, he feels strongly that “home is where the heart is” and is looking forward to making Sandpoint his home. Outside of the clinic, Danny can be found chasing his Border Collie or two-year-old, as well as enjoying hiking and biking in the mountains, swimming and spending time with his wife.
